they've never been used until now so they never collected the exp to level up(just as your shadows had to do when you had the system) and he's unable to recklessly summon shadows as he doesn't have the ''Shadow Storage'' skill and he still has a lack of mana to maintain the shadows regeneration on top of that as he's been uping his strength stat almost exclusively

I know about that but what I meant by low rank was those are bosses of dungeon especially the last one shika was way stronger than brooky so that shadow needs to be an atleast knight rank. The reason he lacks mana is he is not like me and most of time uses rakan’s descendant so he mostly focuses on strength and agility rather than itelligence
