Well i guess that explains why the thunder wings wasnt optimized the first time he got them…. Now that he has this new skill shouldnt it be optimized like the rest of his skills have been making the CD null in void at level 1 like most of his other skills? Granted even if it doesnt him leveling it up would make it better than the red wings he was using before and now he can share it with his summons so its even better flying enemies are no longer a problem for him lol
